David Beckham: Players touch his rear end for good luck

Players at David Beckham's current club have adopted a bizarre ritual – they touch his bum whenever he scores.

AC Milan’s Clarence Seedorf was seen playfully smacking Becks’ backside after his goal against Bologna this week.

And David, 33, is allowing them to keep doing it, as they think it brings the team good luck.

‘We laughed and shared a joke about it among the squad,’ he tells The Sun.

‘I hadn’t even realised Clarence had touched my backside but I’ll be happy if he does it again — because it will mean I’ve scored another goal.

'So he’s formally got my permission to touch it again.’
