But getting a body to look this hot isn't always as tasty as it seems - sweet-toothed Megan confessed she has to guzzle vinegar to cleanse her system.
She swears by the method as it flushes out everything bad for her body.
The How To Lose Friends & Alientate People star said: "It's just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely."
